Pricing

Four parts. No share of your margin.

You pay for using the software, at set prices. We never take a share of the spread between your buy rate and your merchants' pricing.

A monthly plan for your organization, including users, sub-ISO and agent accounts, the API and the sandbox.

A set price per merchant account in a month it has a live payment, refund or chargeback. Inactive and test accounts are not billed.

A small set price per billable unit above your plan's allowance. Never a share of processing.

Optional features, such as the brand upgrade: your own name and domain, "powered by Sovara Core™."

Platform fees are billed on their own invoice. They never come out of a deposit or a residual.
They are never added to what a cardholder pays.
They are called platform fees, never processing fees.
The ISO or sub-ISO that boards a merchant pays for it.
A merchant's Sovara One™ account that never goes live is not billed.
Test mode and the sandbox are not billed.
